All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday during our hours of operation. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on select holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.
You will receive two confirmation e-mails after your order is placed.
An e-mail notification confirming that your order has been successfully received.
An e-mail notification confirming that your order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. This e-mail will also include a tracking information for your package, if available.

Bank Wire Transfers
Bank wire transfer is an electronic payment for transferring funds by wire (i.e. SWIFT). When you select a Bank Wire Transfer option at the checkout as a payment option to complete a transaction, we will send you an email containing our banking information needed to complete the transfer. Please note that there are additional $20 USD processing fee charged in addition to your order total, which must be paid in full to avoid a delay in the process and shipping of your order. Depending on your bank, there may be additional charge that may occur, in which we are not responsible for in any way.
Please visit your local bank to complete the wire transfer with our information sent to finalize the order. Once the payment required is received, your order will be processed and promptly shipped out to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout at halftonebodyjewelry.com.
C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery. Available via UPS in the U.S. only)
Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) is now available for customers located in the United States. By selecting C.O.D. as a preferred payment method, you acknowledge that you are now entitled to pay for your order at the time your package is delivered via UPS, along with an additional $12 non refundable fee that UPS charges, payable with bank or government issued Cashier's Check or Money Order solely. Please note this option may not be available for all customers, determined by many factors such as location, availability, and the account history.
Money Order/CheckFor In Store Pick Up Only
. We accept bank or government issued money orders or checks, under given the condition that customer will pick up the order at our office in downtown Los Angeles. When you select this option at the checkout, we will email you with the detailed information on how to proceed. For security reasons, we may require you to provide a valid government issued identification at the time of the order pick up. Please note this option may not be available for all customers, determined by many factors such as location, availability, and the account history.
